Delivery and Returns

Store on vacation starting May 15

The shop will be on holiday from May 15 to June 15. Orders will remain available online, but shipping will resume from June 15 for any orders placed after May 15. We thank you for your understanding.

Preparation and packing

To ensure your items are protected in transit, we use compostable shipping bags and recycled cardboard collected from local retailers. All pieces are delicately wrapped in tissue paper before shipping. Our minimalist approach to packaging focuses on the essentials: protecting your item during transport, without superfluous packaging.

Customs Duties – Orders Outside the European Union

For any order shipped to a country outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by the destination country’s authorities.

These charges are determined by local customs offices and are not controlled by our store. Therefore, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, as they vary depending on the country, local regulations, and the value of the package.

By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and accept that additional charges may be required by your country’s customs authorities.

If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

United Kingdom Shipping: €30 (≃3 to 5 business days) Please note that since Brexit, customs duties and import taxes may be applied upon arrival of your parcel. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control.

Worldwide delivery: €40 (≃6 to 18 working days)

Import Taxes and Customs Duties – United States

For all orders shipped to the United States, a 15% import tax is applied to the total order amount.

Additional customs duties, local taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by U.S. customs authorities upon arrival of the shipment.
These fees are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no influence over their amount or enforcement.

If the customer refuses to pay customs fees, fails to collect the package, or does not respond to requests from customs authorities or the carrier, the shipment may be destroyed or abandoned by customs.

In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the destination country.


Order tracking

As soon as your order has been confirmed, we prepare it carefully and dispatch it within 7 to 10 working days maximum. You will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and the carrier’s link to follow the progress of your parcel. In the event of exceptional delays, we will inform you immediately.

Return Policy

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order. To be accepted, the returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Any item from which the tag has been removed cannot be returned or refunded.

To make a return, contact us via our Instagram account @peashup or our contact page. After our confirmation, you will have 7 days to return the item. It is imperative to use a shipping service with tracking and to keep your proof of shipment carefully.

Your order will be reimbursed, excluding initial delivery costs, using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. This refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Delivery problems

We also advise you to contact the customer service department of the carrier concerned. Please keep all documents relating to your shipment to facilitate the processing of your request.
