Due to new restrictions introduced in the United States as of September 17, 2026, the conditions for shipping from France have changed.
We are currently looking into the new procedures applicable to clothing shipments to the United States.During this period, orders destined for the United States may be temporarily suspended if we are unable to guarantee that they can be shipped in compliance with the new regulations.

Preparation and packing
To ensure your items are protected in transit, we use compostable shipping bags and recycled cardboard collected from local retailers. All pieces are delicately wrapped in tissue paper before shipping. Our minimalist approach to packaging focuses on the essentials: protecting your item during transport, without superfluous packaging.
Customs Duties – Orders Outside the European Union
For any order shipped to a country outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by the destination country’s authorities.
These charges are determined by local customs offices and are not controlled by our store. Therefore, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested at the time of delivery.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, as they vary depending on the country, local regulations, and the value of the package.
By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and accept that additional charges may be required by your country’s customs authorities.
If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Import Taxes and Customs Duties – United States
For all orders shipped to the United States, a 15% import tax is applied to the total order amount.
Additional customs duties, local taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by U.S. customs authorities upon arrival of the shipment.
These fees are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no influence over their amount or enforcement.
If the customer refuses to pay customs fees, fails to collect the package, or does not respond to requests from customs authorities or the carrier, the shipment may be destroyed or abandoned by customs.
In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the destination country.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been confirmed, we prepare it carefully and dispatch it within 7 to 10 working days maximum. You will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and the carrier’s link to follow the progress of your parcel. In the event of exceptional delays, we will inform you immediately.
Return Policy
France and the European Union
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to return your item.
The returned item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, with the boutique’s tag still attached to the garment.
Unless otherwise stated by us, the customer is responsible for all direct costs associated with returning the product. The customer is also responsible for arranging the return shipment and for creating and paying for the return shipping label.
These provisions do not affect any statutory consumer rights applicable to defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.
The initial shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with the applicable regulations.
To make a return, contact us via our Instagram account @peashup or our contact page. After our confirmation, you will have 7 days to return the item. It is imperative to use a shipping service with tracking and to keep your proof of shipment carefully.
Your order will be reimbursed, excluding initial delivery costs, using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. This refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders Outside the European Union
For orders delivered to a country outside the European Union, the rules regarding the right of withdrawal may differ and depend, in particular, on the law applicable to the contract and the country concerned.
The European 14-day statutory withdrawal period does not automatically apply to orders delivered outside the European Union.
When we accept a return for an international order, return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees related to the return, are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For any return request concerning an order delivered outside the European Union, we kindly ask you to contact us before sending the item back.
